Simple pricing
$30 a month. All of it. The whole rescue.
One price, billed monthly, for your entire organisation — every module and your rescue website included. Thirty days free first, and we do not ask for a card to start.
Everything, not a starter tier
- Animal records, medical history, and daily care
- Foster matching, volunteers, and recurring shifts
- Applications, adoptions, contracts, and outcomes
- Community programs — surrender, clinics, TNR, colonies
- Donations, sponsors, and events
- Reports, saved views, and exports
- Your rescue website, on your own domain if you want one
- Guided import from the spreadsheet you already have
If it is in the product, it is in your plan. The only thing that costs extra is a custom domain, and only because your registrar charges for it — not us. Explore the full platform →
How the others charge
The number matters less than the shape of it.
Rescue software is mostly priced on how much rescuing you do. We think that is the wrong incentive, so here is how the alternatives work. Four of the five figures below were read off the vendor's own pricing page on 2 August 2026, and the source is named under each one so you can check us rather than take our word for it. The fifth no longer publishes its pricing anywhere public, and that row says so instead of guessing. Prices change; if you find one of these out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- RescueGroups.org — Free tier, then flat
- Free to list animals, $75 a year to track them, $100 a year with a website. Cheaper than us at every level, and their listing syndication reaches more sites than ours.Checked 2 August 2026 at rescuegroups.org/services/service-pricing
- Shelterluv — Charged per animal you place
- $2.00 per adoption. Six adoptions in a month costs $12. Sixty costs $120.Not independently verified. Their pricing article now sits behind a customer login, so we cannot re-check it. Ask them directly.
- Pawlytics — Tiered on adoptions
- $29/mo up to 24 adoptions, $49/mo to 49, then $1 per adoption and contract above 50. The fee rises as your rescue grows.Checked 2 August 2026 at pawlytics.com/pricing
- Petstablished — Waived if you use their services
- Software usually $48/mo. A $49 monthly fee is waived at 10 monthly microchip registrations or adoption payments, and a $24 fee is waived at 5. Free if you route enough of your microchips and payments through them — so the real price depends on how much of your operation you hand over.Checked 2 August 2026 at petstablished.com/plans/promotion
- Buzz to the Rescues — Flat, higher, plus setup
- $139/mo, or $99/mo billed annually, plus a $399 one-time Launch Pack. All-in-one with a website included, like us, at more than three times the price — plus a one-off launch fee we do not charge.Checked 2 August 2026 at buzztotherescues.com/pricing
- Paware — flat
- $30 a month. Not per adoption, not per person, not conditional on routing your microchips or your donations through us. Some months that makes us more expensive than the per-adoption options. In a busy month it makes us considerably less. Either way you know the number in advance.
The honest comparison
Where we win, and where we don't.
Price is the easy comparison. This is the one that decides whether you are still using the software in a year — including the three places another product is genuinely the better answer today.
- Listing your animals on the big adoption sites
- Paware: Adopt-a-Pet syncing today. Petfinder in progress.
RescueGroups pushes to a far larger network of listing sites than we do. If wide syndication is the main thing you need, they do it better today. - Microchips
- Paware: Microchip recorded on the animal's medical history.
Petstablished gives free microchips with two-click registration and a 24/7 lost-pet hotline — it is central to how they make money. We record the chip number; we do not supply chips. - Your rescue's public website
- Paware: Included, on your own domain if you want one.
RescueGroups sells one as a $100-a-year service and Buzz to the Rescues bundles one at $99–139 a month. Petstablished gives you a widget to embed on a site you already have, which is not the same thing. - Working in Spanish
- Paware: Built in, and the translation is automatic.
Every public page and the adoption application an adopter fills in are published in English and Spanish, and nobody has to type the second one. We have not found another product in this list that offers it — if one does, tell us and we will correct this. - Knowing what needs you today
- Paware: The default screen, every morning.
Most rescue software opens on a dashboard of totals and leaves you to work out what to do. We open on the exceptions — the medication nobody logged, the shift with no volunteer, the application sitting four days. - Changing how it works
- Paware: Self-serve. No professional services, no waiting.
Forms, stages, reports and pages are yours to change inside the product. Several competitors configure these for you by support ticket, which is slower and ties you to their queue. - Track record
- Paware: Built inside a working rescue that has placed 16,789 animals, and running it today.
We are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Shelterluv, Petstablished and RescueGroups have been doing this for years and have thousands of organisations between them. If a long track record is what you need, they have one and we do not — yet.
Common questions
Straight answers.
- Is anything held back for a higher tier?
- No. There is one plan. Everything in the list above is in it, including the website. There is no enterprise tier that unlocks the useful half.
- Do you charge per volunteer?
- No. Add as many people as your rescue needs — fosters, volunteers, coordinators, board members — at no extra cost. Charging per seat would punish you for recruiting, which is the opposite of what we want.
- Do you charge per animal or per adoption?
- No. A year that takes in four hundred animals costs the same as a year that takes in forty. Your bill does not go up when you save more animals.
- Do you take a cut of our donations?
- No. Your fundraising money is yours. Payment processors take their own fee; Paware does not add one on top.
- Can we cancel?
- Any time, from inside the product. No cancellation fee and no phone call to sit through.
