- Is it really all of it for $30?
- Yes. Animals, medical, fosters, volunteers, scheduling, applications, adoptions, contracts, donations, programs, reporting and your website. One flat price for the whole rescue—not per person, and not per animal. Adding a twentieth volunteer costs the same as adding the second, and a year that takes in four hundred animals costs the same as a year that takes in forty. Your bill does not go up when you save more animals.
- Will our volunteers actually use it?
- That is the right question to be worried about. Paware is built for a phone, because that is where the work happens—a foster logging a medication, someone claiming a Saturday shift from the car, photos added at the clinic. Volunteers get shift reminders instead of a group chat, sign themselves up, and their completed work is recorded against them. There is no training day, and nobody needs a laptop.
- How long does moving in actually take?
- Most rescues import their animal spreadsheet and see their own records the same afternoon. You review the mapping before anything is created, and you can roll a bad import back rather than unpicking it row by row.
- Can two people work at once without overwriting each other?
- Yes. Everyone works from the same records with their own sign-in and permissions, and the history shows who changed what and when. A foster updating from a phone and a coordinator at a laptop do not collide.
- Do you handle TNR, clinics and owner surrenders?
- Yes—colony management, return-to-field, clinic days, vouchers, prevention and surrender requests are all first-class, and you can switch off any program your rescue does not run.
- Do we need someone technical?
- No. There is no hosting to buy, nothing to install, no plugins to keep updated, and no developer needed to change a form or publish a page. If your rescue can use email, it can use Paware.
